Great place to learn and collaborate. The approach taken at Incuvers is everyone contributes and brings ideas to the table in a relaxed environment. You work very closely with bother the CTO and CEO who of which are very easygoing and a pleasure to work with. The team is close-knit it feels more like working with friends than coworkers, to be honest, and everyone tries their best. I think the best thing about working here was the hands-on attitude you're forced to learn from day(1) if you like to get comfy and not adopt a growth mindset then this probably wouldn't be the best place for you, if instead, you want to learn and grow I would definitely reach out.
