Early stage meaning there are challenges on all fronts but super interesting and rewarding work with real ownership opportunities if the early stage environment is for you.
Cons
Being early stage can mean life balance is off but it's not really a con, don't join such an early stage company unless you love what the vision is and are ready to work for it.
