Pros

Remote Remote Remote Remote remote

Cons

Workloads, Corporate dictating company policy with no idea how the front line workers work increasing stress levels and work loads. The only way to complete all my work in a day, is to stay after and work while clocked out, which is encouraged. Our Resources that we are REQUIRED to use are all out of date, and dont work properly. Google is literally our most used tool for finding providers. There is no work life balance, you can take time off work, however you still get work and cases and have to address them all when you are back. Its so great taking a vacation and knowing my work load is growing and that my cases arent being touched, so I have to worry about them all while trying to enjoy vacation. Not to mention in my area, Grocery store clerks and gas station attendants make more money than we do. When asked about pay increase, they say we get paid adequately for our job. A GROCERY STORE STOCKER MAKES MORE MONEY THAN WE DO, WITH WAY LESS STRESS AND STIPULATIONS. This is not a good place to work.

Pros

A positive aspect of the company is the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role helps build strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills. There is also meaningful work involved in helping patients and clients navigate important healthcare needs. Many employees are committed to doing their best and providing quality support, even in a challenging environment.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic, and performance is heavily micromanaged by leadership through constant metric tracking. Employees are expected to keep up with frequent changes while prioritizing contract clients and patient satisfaction, often at the expense of employee well-being. Very stressful and overwhelming experience! There is little work-life balance they will add you to Evening and weekend shifts even if you were hired mon-fri. Overall, employees feel undervalued, overworked, and unsupported. TERRIBLE EMPLOYER
