Large and trendy facility. Free breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks. Lot of young people. Free mobile accessories. Holiday parties. Growing company and team. Music played throughout the office. Fitness invites. Car wash days. Stock options. Employee of the month opportunities (good luck).
Cons
Very strict management. Favoritism is a common theme. Not much opportunity for growth. Unhealthy pyramid-like structure of how things are run. Aggressive CEO. Not as open work environment (seems like they just want to trap you in one place). Lack of communication. Lack of training for all brands. People gossip negatively about each other.
