we were not told we were being recorded on CCTV in the workshop, which I'm sure is some form of breech of data protection. When the service team do well the managers get to go on holiday for the weekend while the techs carry on doing the work. The only time meetings are held is to tell us we are not making enough money, or how the managers are benifiting from our work. MD likes to threaten us with our jobs if we are not doing so well, "Gross Misconduct" is one of the MD's favourite threats.
