Pros
The team is the best part about working at Inceptive. Being surrounded by smart, capable people really makes work enjoyable. Additionally, very competitive salaries, quarterly retreats to really cool places, full dental and healthcare for you and your dependents, bonus, good equity, 30 days PTO, 4.5 months of parental leave, 6% matching 401K, and unlimited sick time all demonstrate how valuable each employee is to Inceptive.
Cons
It's a startup: you have to work hard and expectations for each employee are high. Also, since we don't have titles, this won't be a good workplace for someone who is looking for a title change as the primary reason for switching jobs. However, compensation is really good.
