I recently started training for this company. Day one was a summary of things to come; I had tech issues all day long and could not log into my their system. Finally started my training. It was a joke from the start. The trainer was off-topic at most points throughout the training, and we didn’t even really get into the material. I sat there and disbelief as they stated they cannot schedule bid for better schedules so more than likely they would expect us to work evenings until further notice. We never did go over Information on how to even take calls nor did we even listen to live calls. As day four approached, we were informed we would have to finally take calls for the last two hours however we never even went over the phone systems. We never went over how to schedule and we never really went over the script properly.. As a former customer service representative for eight years, I’ve never had this kind of an experience. As we took our quiz, we were informed that we had only two retakes unfortunately I had a stroke of bad luck and I failed on the second attempt. However, there were no retakes and from my experience from other jobs, we always had unlimited retakes. I’ve never once had had a quiz determine my future employment. The kicker to all of this is that I never did get paid for my training which was almost $200 worth they decided to deduct that from my pay and give me $15 thinking that was Sufficient enough. Needless to say this company is incompetent and they are Unwilling to pay for any time that you spend. I was not intending to abuse this company just for the training portion of pay. I was hoping I could work for this company and have a steady job but unfortunately, one quiz terminated my relationship with this company. I have nothing good to say about Incept; It’s obvious that they should learn from this and do better.
