Incenter Appraisal Management is an amazing company to work for. The level of trust and support that is given to every one of their employees is what makes them stand out amongst the rest. In an ever growing industry they find a way to stay ahead of the times with top of the line software and tools needed to provide success throughout the appraisal process. Working for IAM has been such an elevating experience for me. The leadership and guidance that I am given every day empower me to better myself and have the desire to achieve high standards.
Cons
The ability to have an eye for detail and work in a fast paced environment can be challenging for some. This is a busy industry that we are in and it can sometimes be stressful. There is always someone there though that is willing to help out whenever it is needed.
