Pros

- Since their primary business is augmenting staff for clients, contracting rates are higher than other Indian staffing companies - Good network with other Indian staffing companies to get you a contract position - Good management of retired IIT candidates - Gold polish on the metal to give the company good cover to display to the outside world. - Excellent for Male Indian developers - Minimum to Zero diversity.

Cons

- Don't judge the book by its Cover - All retired management, who just want to keep kicking the can down the road. - Since you are a contractor at Client - be prepared for Insult, Humiliation and drudgery. Incedo cares about its cents and dollars - and will throw you under the bu as the scape goat - Since the bigger companies like Infosys, TCS, WIpro, get the Lion's share of contracting projects, Incedo picks up what these companies do not want to pick. So be prepared for 80 hour weeks, fires and finger-pointing - Incedo employees are very insecure. So be prepared for an extremely toxic environment as other contractors want you out. So DO NOT perform well - the nail that stands out gets hammered. - Poor Benefits, no raises - you are pretty much locked-in to your negotiated Rate - Junior developers may be paid higher depending on their vendor's negotiation skils

Pros

Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

Cons

Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
