Pros

Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely cares about my success, both as an individual and as part of the team. The atmosphere is inclusive, making it easy to collaborate and share your input with all team members and management. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, whether through training programs, tackling new projects, taking on added responsibilities, etc. As an agency, I can work independently on various projects that keep the work engaging. With that, hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. It's consistently appreciated and recognized, which is something you can't always find.

Cons

The workload can be fast-paced and demanding, especially when managing multiple projects. Also, as clients' needs evolve, requirements often shift, so learning to adapt is essential.

Pros

The office itself is comfortable, and regular staff works well together, particularly when the owner is absent.

Cons

The owner is incredibly micro-managing, and prone to fits of temper for no good reason. He is passive aggressive and condescending, and enjoys dangling rewards in front of his employees to be fulfilled at some unknown later date. Generally, he is miserable to work with, and as a result, everyone in the office walks on eggshells when he is around. Since it is a very small company, this interferes with productivity and with any true creativity or freedom of thought from the employees.
