Pros

Flexible environment, provide laptop and medical insurance.

Cons

Salaries lower than average for similar jobs, lack of engagement with the company itself and the main office. Barely any salary increases or performance based incentives or promotions for experienced employees with little to no appreciation. Non engaging company culture.

Pros

InVitro Capital is an incredible place if you’re passionate about building companies from the ground up. It’s not just about working at a startup—you get to work across multiple AI-driven ventures, shaping businesses that solve real-world problems. The pace is fast, the challenges are big, and the sense of purpose is real. The leadership, especially Amir Barsoum, sets a high bar. He has a clear vision for building and scaling startups, and he pushes teams to think bigger, execute faster, and iterate smarter. If you thrive in an environment where accountability and speed matter, you’ll fit right in. One of the biggest advantages of working here is the people—smart, ambitious, and deeply committed to building something that lasts. Plus, the exposure to investors, operators, and industry leaders is rare in most workplaces. If you love problem-solving and want to be part of turning ideas into real, scalable businesses, this is the place to be.

Cons

It’s not a slow or predictable environment. The pace is intense, and priorities can shift fast. If you’re looking for a structured 9-to-5 with clear-cut tasks, this might not be the best fit. Work-life balance can be a challenge, but that’s the reality of building something new and impactful.

Pros

We had good line management but the higher management were horrible.

Cons

The HR there are horrendous at their job and always late, One day we had a public holiday at my country, They didn't tell us whether it's a working day and the manager told us to take it as holiday as per the company policy and the HR weren't responding to the manager. Which led to us taking the day off but they told us in the middle of the day that we had to work so we had to comensate it on a weekend. That's the level of absurdity they had there. The service they were trying to sell wasn't even functional yet we achieved great numbers but it didn't matter in the end, The startup closed after a while.
