Pros
remote work, unlimited PTO, working with people from various backgrounds. The overall model of care makes sense for families. CEO is nice.
Cons
Culture is not good. There is a lot of bullying that goes on, which is swept under the rug and not addressed when brought to managers. Everyone is micro managed there is no trust from management to employee. The coach role is concerning because a lot of those employees are not LCSW or LPC, just look at their LinkedIns. Some co workers were forced to work on PTO and there is a major lack of transparency for expectations with insurance, families, and providers. There are a lot of employees with a variety of skills and backgrounds, but no true diversity within the company. Lots of "drink the Kool-aid energy" and if you don't, you get treated differently. No opportunity for growth in role or pay raise. I would not work here again.
