We have an amazing team at Mill Creek, since my family is on the East Coast this team is my second family. Manager (Melissa StJohn) is one of the best leaders, she is very supportive, works with many schedules based on individual needs, recognizes and appreciates hard work. All technicians and Gsc's are very professional,talented, respectful and work together as a team. There are many perks: 50% off all services or you can trade with other technicians you just pay for the product, and free service of your choice on your Birthday. Reimbursement for Continuing Ed for massage therapist, accrued paid vacation time. Pay is better than most spas near by, bonus is most clients tip very generously. I have been with this company for about 2.5 years, as a Massage Therapist. I stay pretty busy and have been able to build a strong clientele base. I can honestly say that I enjoy going to work. Overall it's a great place and company to work for.
