This workplace is flexible, humane, a lot of nice people working there. Interesting problems to solve, smart tech leads, good mentorship, many possibilities for initiatives. Full remote possible.
Cons
Tend to underpay, salary needs to be negotiated, no transparent grade levels. There are some toxic people in the company and nobody does anything with it, because of some kind of nepotism or bro-culture. The business itself is very dependent on Russian market.
