Pros

Cant say any of them as of now but salary is credited on time.

Cons

My experience at InRhythm was disappointing due to concerns around management practices, workplace culture, and job stability. One of the biggest challenges was the perception of favoritism and bias in management decisions, which often impacted employee morale and trust. Opportunities for growth, recognition, and decision-making did not always appear to be based on merit, leading to frustration among team members. The work culture could be quite toxic at times, with limited transparency, poor communication, and a lack of support from leadership. This created an environment where employees often felt undervalued and hesitant to voice concerns. Another major concern was the uncertainty around projects and workload. There was a constant lack of clarity regarding future assignments, creating anxiety about job stability and long-term career growth within the organization.

Pros

If you cut-and-run, there will be no one left to remember in less than three months and you can keep this stain off your resume.

Cons

A bottom-tier revolving-door talent agency posing as a consultancy operated by the type of exploitive grifters who offered you that modeling gig 15 years ago. Don’t take it. You will not be respected. Your input will not be respected. Your work will not be respected. Your work will be scarcely understood by those handing it down. You will be expected to compensate for this shortcoming by performing whatever they incorrectly believe the work to be. If you are a senior software engineer and they tell you they want a senior software engineer, they don’t want you. What they actually want is maybe the only job that *should* be offloaded to AI agents. A fake-results generating yes-bot producing 3kloc/mo of incomprehensible dreck until the client pulls the project out from under everyone because of the sheer quantity and expense of work wasted to produce nothing. These people will waste your time and talent enough to drive you to a sabbatical, and you’ve put up with some crazy work Don’t fall for their lies.
