I'm sorry you felt that you there were no positives in working for InPost and want to assure you that we aim to offer a challenging yet rewarding experience as an employee and are disappointed to see you didn't feel like you experienced this. We continue to try and improve as business everyday whether that be in how we reward and recognise our employees, offer diverse and interesting work or help our employees build careers with us for the longer term. We aim to develop our employees at all levels and have see examples recently of people moving across teams to try out new roles and to build out their breadth and experience in the process.
