Pros

- Start up environment - room to grow - flexibility I was given the opportunity to work in the sales for Incharged for 5 months. It was a great opportunity to have flexible hours which allowed me to work late into the night if I wanted to and have my mornings free to take the kids to school. CEO was flexible with my schedule as long as I met my KPI's. Had to leave due to medical reasons.

Cons

- growing to fast office not equip to handle - No health insurance To my knowledge they are moving offices soon

Pros

What I liked from the very beginning was being given the chance to choose what my growth path would be. A ton of autonomy in my position and freedom.

Cons

Salary is not the highest but expected with an upstart.

Pros

InCharged has the foundation of a startup but the reputation of a large and successful company. I've had an extensive work history with the company working on various media projects and I've always been paid on time. I've worked directly with a couple of their employees, both very professional and communicated clearly on job needs. They are extremely organized and because of that, it makes the project details so much easier.

Cons

I take public transit and it took a while to get to the office when I needed to go in.
