      Managers move around from store to store within division frequently. This can also be a good thing sometimes.

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
