      Pros

      Pros was to work with great artists , colleagues and knowledgeable supervisor.

      Cons

      Production management has no idea what they are doing. Toxic and abusive environment, mean emails, toxic relationships with artists, unclear relationship between production and supervisors. Pay arrives in the middle of the month, sometimes they missed a payment and employees didn't get anything until the next next paycheck. They ignore you when you ask for something, or better, decide to replace you if you have questions or suggestions about improving the situation.

      Pros

      Studio in the middle of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, will give you the opportunity to live on an island. As a Junior it will give you the Opportunity to work on Famous show like Miraculous Ladybug. The people you gonna work with are nice.

      Cons

      The Highers, knows nothing about management. For example the day you are supposed to meet her to sign the contract and do some Kind of Q&A, they will proudly threaten you by saying "If we met again, it's because you are in Trouble". If you complain about the studio, they will threaten to fire you, etc.

      Pros

      nice team, cool project, salary all right after you get the tax cut (need to live 6month+1day in spain). Great party to release the pressure every so often. The island is kinda cool and the food and drink in Canaria Island are inexpensive

      Cons

      the management is messy, one of the boss is very passive-aggresive. the mocap is well not really good.
