      Pros

      Great company with a helpful leadership team that makes sure you ha e all you need to succeed. If you don't make it here it wasn't their fault! Cannot believe how much time even the CEO takes to make sure I can hit my goals and continue growing so that I am even move valuable the longer I stay and I know and they know that if I ever do leave, I will be that much more valuable to the next team too.

      I can keep up with all these leads! Our customers love what we do and how we partner with them on their efforts to succeed at retail.

      Pros

      I have unlimited PTO, fantastic heath benefits, and I’m surrounded by one of the best groups of people I’ve ever worked with.

      Cons

      If you don’t like the family vibe - this isn’t for you. Everyone here cares about you and if you prefer work/life separation this isn’t for you.

      They will buy your love if you play them right.

      Cons

      They embezzled money and working for the owner Janine was impossible. I hear she was fired for the shady books but many folks still work there that follow her poor practices.
