Pros

Company has a good office and location.

Cons

The senior staff does not know coding yet they will apparently guide us. Some people are too nosy to be called a professional. No respect among the team. Everyone wants to leave the company somehow.

Pros

PROS (because even a broken clock is right twice a day): - You taught us what a keyboard looks like — revolutionary stuff for an IT company, truly - You single-handedly united the entire team... in silent misery - Interns now have real-world experience of a toxic workplace — saved them the suspense for later in their careers - You proved that you don't need a single relevant skill to hold power — inspirational, really - Company is definitely "learning" — mostly learning how to walk on eggshells - Your old-school computer knowledge keeps the 1987 spirit alive and well

Cons

CONS (shocking, I know): - Somehow, loyalty of 12+ years means absolutely nothing to you — but hey, neither does logic - Anyone who holds up a mirror to you mysteriously becomes "the problem" — must be exhausting living in a funhouse - Brainwashing interns wasn't exactly in the job description, but here we are - The only certification you actually brought was a Diploma in Manipulation (unaccredited) - CEO's best friends aren't safe. Veterans aren't safe. Basically, breathing near you is a liability - Freedom, creativity, and independent thought? Gone. But at least the ISO paperwork looks pretty. In conclusion: Thank you for showing us that the most dangerous person in any company isn't the one with the least skills — it's the one with the most unchecked authority and zero self-awareness.

Pros

Nothing as of now except the present employees except the one, you can find more details in cons

Cons

The company started as a truly great place to work. The culture was positive, collaborative, and built by a young and energetic team accross HR, technical, and non - technical departments. People were motivated, supportive and proud to be part of the organization. Unfortunately, thing changed significantly after a new senior hire joined - someone who repeatedly positioned himself as a "Genius". In reality, the approach felt less like strategic leadership and more like LABOR CONTRACTOR mentality focused on control rather than empowerment. Heavy, bureaucretic processes were introduced that might make sense in a 500+ employee corporation, but are completely unnecessary and damaging in a 50-person company. Instead of improving efficiency, these processes slowed everything down, created frustration, and ruined trust. There has been a consistent attempt to portray employees as unproductive or disengaged, which is both demoralizing and unfair. To go for drinking tea seems to be like a crime sometime. What is most disappointing is management's apparent blindness to the ongoing cultural decline. A strong culture once existed here, but it is gradually being dismantled. Morale is dropping day by day, and good people choosing to leave rather than continue in an environment driven by mistrust and excessive control. I hope and wish as well that leadership recognizes the damage before talented employees walk away - but for many, it may already be too late.
