Pros
-Great work environment -Great for beginners -You get to learn more being on the job and they will provide you with a wiggle room in the beginning to perform better in the future -Senior reps and team leaders are very helpful
Cons
-No regular systematic salary appraisal for employees -Lots of promises but none of those are followed through -No job security unless your probation ends and even if it does end later on in slow seasons there is a very high chance of getting fired -Incentives are very uncertain, you will never know why you got incentives or why didn't you get incentives because management does not share the actual criteria and the full details -Fringe benefits are not really available to you from the starting which was not mentioned in their recruitment posts and even if you do become a permanent employee these fringe benefits are hard to obtain
