Pros
The company has taken very smart steps with the way they have laid out the foundational technology to take advantage of the wave of automation that is now lifting our efforts. Adoption is way up and the company is taking care of employees and adding positions to grow appropriately. Family feel at a small and very efficient company. It feels great to have a really fun and supportive environment to come to work at. I honestly say to recruiters that I am happy here and certainly not looking for anything else. Love the character of this company.
Cons
It would be great if we could have all product enhancements right away but that isn't reality. Also, in a fast-paced environment, sometimes processes need refinement but this is to be expected.
