      Great coworkers, decent base pay, decent commission opportunities, great team-building opportunities

      Cons

      Management is unpredictable with attitude at work, no ability to give management feedback to higher-ups, management consistently and very transparently plays favorites among employees.

      Ultimately work satisfaction is from the atmosphere created by management and ImportGenius has created an excellent team/family atmosphere and positive vibe for continuous improvement along with tools to help get you there.

      This is not a multinational large corporation so for those seeking that this will not be a good fit
