No pros to think off

Management will try to take every penny from you

There are no pros to working at this company.

The owner, Deb Sletmoen, is not someone you with whom you want to work. She is only interested in her profit margin. Deb is both a micro managing slave driver and a penny pinching miser. Many ERP implementers have quit her employ because she's a very difficult person. The folks that have been there any length of time are cowardly sheep that let her run roughshod over them. The pay is under market value. The benefits are average. It's a horrible culture. I left as soon as I could get out of there.
