this company is best for freshers up till 6 months. Great learning experience and provides freshers an easy way to step in the world of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. this company has an excellent office furniture and environment. Employees usually get tonnes of work which helps them learn in a fast paced environment. another learning cycle is of working under inexperienced managers with unrealistic timelines. This helps freshers to learn quickly and pick up their careers within a short span of time.
Cons
The upper management has no sympathy for its employees. employers promises of bonuses and increments usually flies out in the vain. Management decides deadlines without consulting with the developers, resulting in excessive working hours and working weekends. Employees never get appreciation for their work, even whe nthey work outside their working hours. sometimes, even leaves doesnt get granted after even being approved due to work. Work from homes are not granted to employees even when it has been declared a facility by the company. the work culture of the company is such that any experienced employee can not stay within the company for longer period of time. Employees usually get bashed from CEO in huge meetings for pity mistakes, CEO joins Daily Stand Ups by himself to micromanage each and every employee of the company. Overall, this company is a mess.
