Pros
- Good benefits - Holiday gift is nice - 2x annual bonus payout - A/R dept does not demand time outside of work hours - Somewhat flexible work arrangements are possible - Insurance industry will never suffer...job security is there
Cons
- Company seems to be developing new tech/project constantly, does not finish things before trying to work on the next big thing - leaves things not always working properly - Execs seems older/outdated policies (eg. generally cannot wear jeans to work, even if not customer-facing) - Very sales oriented (good if you're in sales I guess)
