Pros
So far working at Impekable has been great and it’s hands-down the happiest I have ever been in my career. Other companies will use buzz words like “work life balance”, “empathy”, “diversity”, “transparency”, etc, but Impekable is the only company I have worked at that truly puts those words into action. Everyone on the team is so kind, compassionate, and helpful. It’s clear that Leadership listens to employees’ feedback and works quickly to make any improvements as necessary. Leadership is also extremely transparent with us, which is hard to find. Additionally, Impekable has a very unique environment, it’s a fully remote company that allows employees to have a lot of flexibility and freedom.
Cons
Like every agency, the workload can unpredictable at times. Sometimes it’s slow and sometimes it’s busy, but it generally evens out. Having too high of a workload for an extended period of time isn’t something I have dealt with at Impekable yet, but I feel confident that if it ever becomes an issue, I can talk to my manager/leadership and get support. Also, scheduling time with coworkers who are in different time zones can be tough at times. We’re a small team, so there aren’t processes for everything yet, but leadership is actively working on it and making great progress.
