Management is toxic. Constantly changing focus. No idea what they want from qtr to qtr. unrealistic sales goals. For example, only selling 10 devices in a qtr then jumping to 400 for the next. Recruit professionals away from solid work then dispose of them in a short timeframe. Abuse fabulous employees by tripling their workload without compensation or recognition. Manager takes ideas from staff as their own. Leadership has NO idea of what the team in the field does. Leadership has little to no relationship with large percent of customers.
