Pros
Lots are being said and written over upper management and over the past resignations and multiple issues. People join a company and leave the company on their own, they do offer shopping too :) Adding to new management, they are supportive. They are trying to improvise to make things more stable and add the missing gaps and initiating more good conversations with team members and staff. No company is perfect, either you live with it and try to give your best for what you are being hired for & ignore the echoes which are coming from outside otherwise you can change the company, it's your choice. But having said that thing you will get the options to improve your ability and work on different testing domains. You will get the onsite opportunities if your project and client are willing to agree on that, people have traveled in the past to USA & UK. Summarizing what I said, project-wise or compensation-wise & life balance, there is no problem with this company, what else you want! No company is perfect, either you go by your gut feeling or go by positive reviews or negative reviews or maybe mine, which has got everything! Best of luck!
Cons
1. Would love to see more food options. 2. Internet reimbursement should be given involuntary 3. We can go back and look over more revamp or add good stuff in the policies
