Pros

as a B company, it has a nice mission, and the work environment is very friendly.

Cons

too many changes at the top. not many sales opportunities, and too much overhead to make it a competitive in the dog eat dog consulting world.

Pros

They're very committed to their people, and it's enjoyable to work with leaders who value your input and your preferences about where you work (both client-wise and remote/onsite)

Cons

It's been through a lot of changes, but has come out very strongly. I think pay is lower than competitors but it also depends what level you come in at / what you're being hired to
