Pros

It may benefit people who have children more

Cons

No support. Mass exodus from employees. Unrealistic budgets. Recipes dont even produce the amount you need, making you use more, therefore definitely not being able to stick to budget. Highly dependant on how the school is run, bad head teacher = bad environment. Stuck with beurocracy between what the company tells you and what the customer needs. Middle management are stretched so thin they cant offer any form of support. The pay definitely does not reflect the amount of work you need to put in. Expressing your opinion about the company gets you a good talking to outside of school premises by ops managers. Paid late. No apology.
