Impact Data is an exceptional company filled with major talent and nourishing culture. The open, honest and caring culture is set, cultivated and maintained by the founders and senior management. Uplifting, caring and engaged language is the daily norm. People are treated as humans and are rewarded for hard and smart work. Failures are not punished but treated as learning experiences. Being 22 years young Impact Data has a wealth of experience which we've used to hone our partner centric strategy delivering successful "hands free" marketing to our customers. Today we have a clear vision and a great team which we support in every way to help achieve our collective goals.

Like any organisation, we've had various challenges along the way - as we've sought to align our operations with our strategy. I think we're in a better place now than ever before. Our biggest problem right now is finding more star players to join the expanding team!
