Fun and fast paced work environment

Very strict way of doing things.

The children are fun.

Toxic environment with a lot of gossiping and backstabbing, especially from the two BCBAs. They offer free supervision hours, but the quality of supervision is terrible and they make it nearly impossible to receive indirect hours. The BCBAs will ridicule you if you struggle with the children and if you ask for help, they will offer little to no assistance and then will gossip about you behind your back to other staff members. Working here will affect your mental health and is not worth the free hours. Also, they now require mandatory, unpaid trainings every Friday.
