      -Bad leadership, from the top down -Communication was poor, and misleading to employees -Relationship with company and gov't clients was not healthy -Bad business ethics/practice

      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Everyone is easy to get along with. Little to no micro-managing. People are very respectful of one another. Absolute great fit for my personal situation.

      Cons

      Onboarding and training for new employees is lacking. Org chart is sometimes unclear and career paths are sometimes undefined.
