Over delivery from time to time

They invest in their employees, sending them to classes when needed. Dave and Jonathan are both brilliant guys to work for, very inspiring. They have been really good at working with my changing schedule due to childcare needs and have allowed me to switch to a non-traditional schedule that works best for the both of us. They've really earned my appreciation. Once a year there is a nice trip to deep creek lake. Location in old town Frederick is nice.

Conference room location could be better.
