Pros
There is a lot of autonomy, managers I have had have not been micro managers, very personable people to work with, collaboration. Flexibility to work from home some time.
Cons
Hired in for 1 role and never actually performed duties of that role, rather immediately put into a different position. Had one bonus structure that has been lowered every year since I joined. Company is flat so not much room for growth upward.
