Cons
Toxic school environment. Children’s social and emotional needs are not met. Children are yelled at, belittled, ignored, and made fun of by staff. Staff only care about impressing each other and not the well being of the students. When parents tell staff they see an increase in challenging behaviors at home,the head of school blames this on their diagnosis and not her staff. If a parent catches on to this she will attempt to gaslight them. If that doesn't work she resorts to bullying tactics. She manipulative and cares only about herself. Do not work here if you're looking for a career in education. You will learn nothing of value. Do not send your children here or they will leave with increased anxiety, aggressive behaviors and trauma.
