We just had a holiday party and was given the greatest gift a company can give to their employees, besides money, lol - The gift of time- We learned we will have shortened hours to help with our work life balance!

None- we often like to slam companies because we are upset about policies that every company has, or are upset because we do the minimum- we forget to mention the great things-

Management knows what it's like to be in the Salesperson's shoes. They take feedback seriously and implement suggestions that make sense. In 2024, they have shortened the workday for the whole company. We are now officially done at 4:00 in the afternoon, which is a huge help to anyone who has kids, especially if they are in any kind of activity. Additionally, management takes a personal route in helping everyone with their individual goals. It's clear they realize that each employee has a specific skill set, and they coach so you can use your strengths to hit your goals.

Imagetec is no different than other organizations in the post-pandemic world. The demand for professional products and services has declined everywhere, which is a change everyone is getting used to. There is a need for outside the box thinking that may not have been as prevalent five years ago.
