      Flexible schedule, easy work

      Cons

      Management was absolutely horrible. Management would constantly drink/smoke in the building on the clock. The owner didn't care when told of what was going on. The owner never fixes the beds or the overhead lights. Constant complaints from clients because of this. Would never recommend this job to anyone.
