Basic work, crazy management and shady sales. - Sales Representative Image Optometry Employee Review

CEO has big brother cameras in every location w/ microphones. Little support from regional managers. Other image locations that are franchised can be a pain to work with. Very basic pay, pay ranges from store to store despite work being the same. Keeps track of how much employees sell and compares employees and stores to one another. Trains sales reps to give misleading price quotes that often end up being more expensive. The CEO is kinda crazy, goes on google reviews and reply’s to them saying everyone lies lmao.
