Pros
Nice and friendly people even at senior level Small company of over 200 odd employees so more of an informal environment Good employees engagement activities.
Cons
Some strict HR policies like timings etc. For eg. office timings are 10am-7pm, if you leave before 6pm, then it is half day Often the work load is too high, people are known to work late into the night, sometimes till early morning the next day. May be due to lack of staff. Salary is paid on 12th of the next month.
