Pros
Interesting product, New Haven location with lots of food and other activities nearby, reasonable salary and good medical benefits. Good working conditions, helpful and cooperative staff, free parking.
Cons
Product was never profitable, so company survived on investor cash. From time to time the cash would dry up and there would be reductions, most recently in Nov. 2012. Product direction not clear. Recent reduction eliminated founder.
