5yThank you for taking the time to share these thoughts with us. It is important for us to know where each employee is at and how we can best communicate our overall company goals and visions. We do not always get that right and know that it impacts each member of our team.
Over the past several months we have completed a full review of our compensation plan for our largest department. Providing each team member with an understanding of their minimum annual compensation changes as well as instituting a profit-sharing program. By adding these along with our current project pay program, we see this as a big step forward bridging that gap as you shared regarding our raise and bonus structures lacking.
Having made some of these changes very recent along with our continued focus on defined roles and responsibilities between our bookkeeper and accountant positions into Q1 2021, I can not speak for the former client or staff attrition and if this would have changed their minds. Our hope is that it does create that clear understanding for the current employees and the ones to be hired in the future.
We hope that if you are still a current employee that these changes are making a difference for you, and if you are no longer a member of our team, that they would have been a welcomed change as well. If you have some additional suggestions about our current improvements, please let a member of the c-level know, we would love to hear your feedback and hope to make it apart of the roadmap we have in 2021.
