      Pros

      The pay is at the top of industry metrics.

      Cons

      The founder has a very short fuse and the board is focused on profits. They'll attract and hire the best of the best from some of the biggest industry players, but if they feel costs are too high for their bottom line, they will lay off people in an instant. Or, if the founder is "weirded out" by something, that someone will likely soon be fired.
