      Pros

      Nothing but great things to say about my time with Idera. I genuinely felt cared about from the management team, HR, and coworkers. Pay and benefits were excellent and I was giving room to run and develop my team, while actively getting feedback.

      Cons

      There was certainly some chaos as few teams were rebuilding.

      Flexible work schedule - remote first company Independence in your role, able to contribute advice and experience

      Cons

      No scheduled reviews or salary increases. NONE. Marketing budgets are pitifully small Too many non-marketing staff involved in marketing decisions - people without context, experience or background.
