      Pros

      Idera's model is to buy and grow software companies. It's a very fast-growing company so the environment is always changing which can be challenging but opportunities are continually opening. If you're passionate and willing to work hard, you'll have the opportunity position yourself to grow your responsibility. Its a great place to learn, grow and get invaluable experience.

      Cons

      Idera moves very fast. If you're not willing to move at the same pace, this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Other sales reps are nice to work with. Helpful.

      Cons

      Management. Management. Management. Pay is bad. Benefits. PTO is provided but expected to still work while out. Top heavy organization. Commission statements are rarely provided. I wish that I could come up with more pros but the company environment has significantly gotten worse over the years. No values are brought forth or followed. Theres no accountability or adequate support to change things up. If you keep doing the same thing over and over again it doesn’t mean it is going to get better.
