      Pros

      Great relationships between colleagues in many departments. Clear goals and expectations. Managers have your back. WFH allows for flexibility.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at times to hit targets. Many highly regarded employees have a difficulty between having a good work/home balance: Lots of working beyond the 40 hr week.

      Pros

      Other sales reps are nice to work with. Helpful.

      Cons

      Management. Management. Management. Pay is bad. Benefits. PTO is provided but expected to still work while out. Top heavy organization. Commission statements are rarely provided. I wish that I could come up with more pros but the company environment has significantly gotten worse over the years. No values are brought forth or followed. Theres no accountability or adequate support to change things up. If you keep doing the same thing over and over again it doesn’t mean it is going to get better.
