Pros

No Pros that I can come up with.

Cons

No regard for any person in the acquired company. Communication is non-existent, which terrifies all employees who have seen all of their management summarily dismissed. This is their goal as employees start a mass exodus. This allows them to reduce these costs will increase margins. Product and customer knowledge are not valued in any way which will ultimately lead to mass dissatisfaction. They hope the lost maintenance revenue doesn't exceed the cost savings of eliminating all the experienced staff before they can sell or go public.

Pros

Other sales reps are nice to work with. Helpful.

Cons

Management. Management. Management. Pay is bad. Benefits. PTO is provided but expected to still work while out. Top heavy organization. Commission statements are rarely provided. I wish that I could come up with more pros but the company environment has significantly gotten worse over the years. No values are brought forth or followed. Theres no accountability or adequate support to change things up. If you keep doing the same thing over and over again it doesn’t mean it is going to get better.
