The most effective set of developers I've ever worked with. Great development leadership provides a balance of clear direction and autonomy. Very balanced workload such that you don't resent those few times you have to row a harder.
Cons
Most dev meetings and scrums are done with screens off. Gets in the way of making connections.
Integration with acquired companies can leave a very different experience depending on where you are in the organization.
